TQ HeadshotTom Quigley knows what it takes to effectively represent our community, because he has done just that.   Tom has served as our State Representative for five terms, and if elected he will continue to represent our values and concerns in Harrisburg.

Tom has nearly 20 years of professional and private investment experience, including 17 years at The Vanguard Group.  It is this real world, private sector experience protecting other people’s money that he has brought to Harrisburg as our State Representative.

Prior to serving as State Representative, Tom served on the Royersford Borough Council and was Mayor of Royersford.   This experience provides Tom with the insight to how state government can help – or hurt – our local governments.

Tom has a record of doing what’s right for our community when it comes to fighting for property tax reform, working to help job creators, and fighting to help local schools.

Tom earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Master of Business Administration from Philadelphia Univeristy.  He currently resides in Royersford.
